How to wear: For the best nonslip wear - wear headband slightly over your hairline and over the top of your ears. Headband can be worn with the twist in the front or you the twist can be moved to the back of the head for a flat wide headband in the front.

Care for headbands: Machine wash cold gentle to minimize wear and fade. Air dry or tumble dry.
